FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Stacksync's professional services team do?

The team embeds with your engineers to deploy real-time data pipelines, migrate legacy integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica), build custom connectors, and architect durable enterprise data systems. Typical engagements: greenfield Stacksync deployment, ERP-to-CRM bidirectional sync, data-warehouse modernization, and incident-response support during cutover.

Can you help migrate from MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato?

Yes — migrations from MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Tray.io, Celigo, and Informatica are common engagements. The team inventories your existing integrations, maps each to a Stacksync equivalent, rebuilds them in parallel, validates traffic for parity, then cuts over. Most migrations finish in 6 to 12 weeks for a 10-to-30-integration footprint. Larger MuleSoft estates run 16 to 24 weeks.

Where are your services engineers based?

Stacksync professional services has engineers in the US (East and West coast), Europe (Switzerland, UK), and APAC (Singapore). On-site engagements are available globally on request, with travel pre-approved as part of the SOW. Most engagements are remote-first with quarterly on-site sessions.

How is professional services priced?

Fixed-scope packages (Discovery, Implementation, Migration, Optimization) with defined deliverables and timelines — pricing is transparent and depends on the system complexity and integration count. Time-and-materials engagements are also available for ongoing advisory work, priced at standard PS rates. Custom connector development is bundled into the Implementation package or sold separately.

Do you offer 24/7 support during go-live?

Yes. Go-live support packages include 24/7 on-call engineering coverage for the cutover week (typically 5 business days) and the following 14 days. The on-call engineer is dedicated to your account, not pooled. After the go-live window, ongoing support shifts to your standard plan tier. Many enterprise customers add a Stacksync customer engineer to their team for 90 days post go-live.

Can your team build custom connectors?

Yes — custom connector development is a core service. The team handles auth, schema introspection, CRUD operations, change-data-capture (where the source supports it), error handling, and rate-limit logic. Typical delivery: 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff for a SaaS connector, 8 to 12 weeks for an ERP or financial system. Custom connectors join the Stacksync catalog and are maintained alongside the standard ones.
