How do I become a Stacksync reseller?

The partnerships team reviews each application based on the markets you serve, the technical depth of your team, and your customer base. Approved partners go through a 2-week onboarding: technical certification, sales enablement, and contract signing. From kickoff to first deal is typically 4 to 8 weeks.
Can government agencies purchase Stacksync through resellers?
Yes. Stacksync supports government procurement through authorized resellers including GSA Schedule holders, GSA Advantage marketplace listings, and direct contracts with state and local agencies. Resellers handle FedRAMP-related diligence, FAR/DFARS clauses, and net-30 payment terms. Contact partnerships for the current authorized reseller list in your jurisdiction.
What is the difference between resellers, SIs, and tech partners?
Resellers buy Stacksync licenses at wholesale and resell to their customers. Systems integrators (SIs) implement Stacksync as part of customer engagements; some SIs are also resellers. Technology partners build integrations, complementary products, or co-marketed solutions on top of Stacksync — they do not resell. Each program has its own tier benefits and certification path.
Do you offer partner training and certification?
Yes. The Stacksync Partner Academy includes Foundation (free, self-paced, ~6 hours), Implementation Specialist (1-day workshop), and Solution Architect (3-day workshop with case-study work). Certification renewal is annual. Certified individuals get access to a private partner Slack, early access to roadmap, and quarterly product briefings from the Stacksync product team.
How is partner pricing structured?
Partners receive tiered margins based on annual revenue contribution: Authorized (15%), Silver (20%), Gold (25%), Platinum (30%). Additional rebates apply for new-customer acquisition, multi-year deals, and joint marketing investment. Margins are paid quarterly, net-30. The full partner agreement is shared during onboarding.
