What are your support hours and regions?

Standard support coverage is 24/5 (Monday-Friday) across US, EU, and APAC time zones. Enterprise plans include 24/7 coverage with named on-call engineers. Critical incidents (Severity 1: production data unavailability or data corruption) trigger pager rotation regardless of business hours on every plan tier. Response-time SLAs are documented in your service agreement.

Where is Stacksync headquartered?

Stacksync is headquartered at Route d'eguechaudens 1, 1030 Bussigny, Vaud, Switzerland. The team is distributed across Switzerland, the US (San Francisco and New York), the UK (London), and APAC (Singapore). For non-urgent mail and contract delivery, use the Swiss HQ address. For US-based partnerships, the New York team handles east-coast accounts and the SF team handles west-coast and APAC.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@stacksync.com for any suspected vulnerability or security concern. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours; the security team triages within 72 hours. Stacksync runs a responsible disclosure program — responsible reporters are acknowledged publicly with permission. For active incidents affecting your data, use the 24/7 incident hotline listed in your contract.
