Sync Hubspot Subscriptions to your database

We've just rolled out a significant update: full support for syncing Hubspot Subscriptions to your database.

Beyond Subscriptions, Stacksync also now supports syncing the following Hubspot objects:

  • Marketing Emails
  • Forms
  • Engagements (including calls, emails, meetings, notes, and tasks)

See the full list of supported objects in our docs.

What is the Subscriptions object in Hubspot?

Subscriptions is a powerful method for tracking and managing recurring revenue relationships with your customers. It enables you to:

  1. Record essential subscription details such as start date, end date, and status
  2. Track different types of subscriptions, including software licenses, content subscriptions, or service plans
  3. Monitor important metrics like Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and customer churn
  4. Link subscriptions to specific contacts, companies, or deals in your Hubspot CRM

With our new update, any changes made to Subscriptions in Hubspot will now automatically sync to your connected database. You'll have up-to-date subscription information available across your entire data ecosystem, not just within Hubspot.

Who is this for?

Syncing Hubspot's Subscription object to your data warehouse opens up a wealth of opportunities for deeper analysis and more informed decision-making.

  1. Cohort analysis: Combine subscription data with user behavior metrics to analyze how different cohorts of customers behave over time. This can reveal patterns in feature usage that lead to longer retention or higher upgrade rates.
  2. Churn prediction: By integrating subscription data with product usage logs, support tickets, and other customer touchpoints, you can build more accurate churn prediction models. This allows for proactive intervention to retain at-risk customers.
  3. Revenue forecasting: With historical subscription data in your warehouse, you can create more accurate revenue forecasts, taking into account factors like typical upgrade paths, seasonal trends, and churn rates.

→  FAQS
How does HubSpot to PostgreSQL sync work?
Stacksync connects to HubSpot via its API and your PostgreSQL database, creating a bidirectional data bridge. When a contact, deal, or company record changes in HubSpot, Stacksync detects the change via webhooks and updates the corresponding row in PostgreSQL within seconds. Changes in PostgreSQL flow back to HubSpot automatically.
Which HubSpot objects can be synced to PostgreSQL?
Stacksync syncs all standard HubSpot objects including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, line items, products, and custom objects. Each object maps to a PostgreSQL table with matching columns. You can sync existing tables or let Stacksync create new ones with the correct schema and data types automatically.
Is the HubSpot PostgreSQL sync real-time?
Yes. Stacksync uses HubSpot webhooks and CDC (Change Data Capture) for PostgreSQL to achieve sub-second sync latency. Unlike batch ETL tools that sync on scheduled intervals, Stacksync propagates changes immediately as they happen in either system, keeping both databases consistent at all times.
Do I need to write code for HubSpot PostgreSQL integration?
No code is required. Stacksync provides a no-code visual interface where you authenticate both HubSpot and PostgreSQL, select which objects to sync, and map fields between them. Schema creation, data type conversions, and conflict resolution are handled automatically. The setup typically takes under 30 minutes.
How does Stacksync handle HubSpot API rate limits?
Stacksync includes smart rate limiting that adapts to HubSpot's API quotas automatically. The platform batches requests efficiently, prioritizes critical updates, and queues lower-priority syncs during peak periods. This prevents API throttling errors while maintaining real-time sync performance for your most important data flows.
